•250 ml of liquid milk

•5cm of red ginger

•2cm of turmeric

•1 tablespoon of raw honey

•¼ tablespoon of powdered pepper (optional)

How to make:

•Clean and wash the turmeric and ginger, peel after done. After being peeled, smash them together until they’re swollen.

•Heat the milk up on top of stove and put the ginger and turmeric in. Cook until it’s boiling.

•Pour the milk into a glass and add honey and powdered pepper (optional) and stir well. Don’t forget to put the remnants of turmeric and ginger into the glass of milk.

•Boil the one glass of water.

•600 ml of water

•100 gram of palm sugar

•20 gr of tamarind

•8 of large turmeric rhizomes

•Clean the fresh turmeric thoroughly and then peel of its skin. Grate or blends with a couple of water and then squeeze the water until it’s completely dry

•Heat the water and boil the turmeric juice, sugar and tamarind together.

•After the drink is boiled, lift from the stove and wait until it cools up. Filter it into a glass of bottle.

•1 turmeric rhizome (peeled and cleaned)

•1 ginger rhizome (peeled and cleaned)

•2 tablespoons of sugar

•2 tablespoons of palm sugar

•2 tablespoons of honey

•4 glass of water

How to make:

•Prepare a pan filled with water

•Smash the turmeric and ginger and slice thinly. Put it into the pan of water

•Add sugar and palm sugar

•Boil the turmeric water and ginger with small fire until it’s boiled

•After boiled lifts and filters the turmeric ginger water. Add honey inside and stir well.
